READ identifies women and girls in underserved communities — those out of school, out of work, or locked out of opportunity — and enrols them in tailored literacy, numeracy, and foundational education programmes at no cost.
TRAIN
From basic literacy to advanced vocational skills — tailoring, handicrafts, digital literacy, and small business management — participants graduate with a marketable trade and the confidence to generate their own sustainable income.
